Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing issue

Conditions for Return

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • The product must include original packaging and tags.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or washed.

  • The product is damaged by the customer.

  • The return request is made after 7 days.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve the refund or exchange.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
